Terms of Service

1. Service Description

CrewInput.com provides a platform for real-time interactive sessions, including Live Q&A, Word Clouds, and Live Polls. Moderators create and manage sessions; participants join sessions via a 6-character code without needing an account.

2. User Accounts

Moderator accounts require registration with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Participants can join sessions anonymously without creating an account.

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

CrewInput offers the following plans:

• Free: Up to 20 attendees per session, 1 active session
• Starter (€12.95/month): Up to 100 attendees, unlimited sessions
• Pro (€24.95/month): Unlimited attendees, white-label branding

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in EUR and may be subject to applicable VAT depending on your location.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods or unused time. After expiry, your account reverts to the Free plan.

5. Acceptable Use

• Use the service for its intended purpose (interactive events and sessions)
• Respect other users and their privacy
• Do not post inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content
• Do not attempt to disrupt or circumvent the service

6. Content

Users are responsible for all content they submit or post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law. You retain all rights to your content; by submitting it you grant us a limited licence to store and display it as part of delivering the service.

7. Intellectual Property

The CrewInput platform, brand, and all associated software are our intellectual property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewInput shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered moderators of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service to any user for violations of these terms, without prior notice where necessary to protect the service or other users.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
